Hi, I’m Mariah Bridgeford and I am the heart behind Branwen’s Sacred Cove. I created this space to offer a place where people can truly rest, restore, and recover. In a world that asks so much of us, healing begins when we’re given the time and space to slow down and be supported. I began my journey in massage therapy in 2015, building a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork. In 2019, I transitioned into the healthcare field, working in the recreational department working with veterans and elders, and as a Director of the Life Enrichment Department, where I supported emotional, mental, and social well-being. My work blends clinical knowledge with an intuitive, personalized approach. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs, incorporating a range of techniques, pressure levels, and tools such as warm stones and aromatherapy. I am also Reiki certified, allowing me to integrate energy work for deeper relaxation and balance. As your Arcanist, I focus on relieving tension while supporting the nervous system—helping your body shift out of stress and into a state of calm and restoration. Branwen’s Sacred Cove was created with those in high-stress roles in mind, including healthcare workers, first responders, military personnel, veterans, and caregivers. However, this space is open to anyone seeking intentional care and deep relaxation. You take care of others—here, you are taken care of.
